There are a number of driving schools along Panganiban Drive.  There are at least two fronting BMC and G7 in among those duplex buildings.  The cost is i think 2500 for 4 sessions of 2 hours each.  I am not sure if it is negotiable because definitely this is not enough to learn proper driving.
